How to Draw a Mermaid
It’s a great opportunity to capitalize on the underwater theme by drawing a lot of floating hair.
Prang Crayons are softer than other crayons, so they sometimes look like oil pastels, and Crayola has some of my favorite golden orange and yellow colors that are a bit richer and warmer.
Draw the head and a face, then add a swirly tail and lots of floating hair. Fill in the background with fish and plants. Trace with a marker and color for 1 hour, then fill in the rest with pencil and paint.
