How to Draw a Dinosaur Step by Step
You can print out our printable drawing guide for different types of dinosaurs if you want to draw a dinosaur that looks like a T-rex or a velociraptor. The steps are really easy to follow, just like with our other how to draw tutorials.
It doesn’t have to be identical; it can be more boxy, round, oval, or even a mix of the two!
Draw an eye and an arch above it (like an eyebrow), then draw a line for the mouth and nostrils above it.
Continue the line on the right and draw a curved line on the left, similar to a round bracket, before finishing the face with sharp teeth below the mouth.
When you’re finished, draw a line for the back.
Draw a curved line for the face and a straight line for the eyes to tie everything together.
Draw lines from the head all the way down to the underside of the tail that follow the belly line.
