How to Draw Birds Flying Away in the Sky Step By Step
I’ll be working on a couple of drawings of birds flying away in the sky, and I’ll be using a mechanical pencil with HB LEDs on Bristol board paper, as well as a blending stick to help smooth out the details.
Working on a side view of a bird in mid-flight is one of the simplest ways to sketch a bird; it doesn’t matter how good the lines are, as long as you have a pencil and paper in front of you, you’ll be able to come up with something. Using the blending stick to add some stripes of smoothing. I use the eraser again, and it just kind of builds up.
After that, I decided to work on another drawing of a bird, this time with the wings in a more landing pose. I started with a basic sketch of the outlines of the wings and then drew the rest of the body in a vertical position. After sketching the outline of the bird, I repeated the process of adding feathers to the bird’s head and body using the quick flying strobe.
